Common questions.
What is the minimum stay?
Six months. Twelve-month residencies are preferred and get a small preference on room selection. No short stays.
Is a viewing required before booking?
Yes. We host viewings Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm, by appointment. A staff member will walk you through the rooms, kitchen and common areas. No commitment on the day.
What is included in the rent?
Everything except personal dry-cleaning and meals for guests. Included: furnished room, 4 meals a day, daily housekeeping, laundry 3x a week, fibre Wi-Fi, electricity, water, 24/7 security, kitchen access, power backup.
Can parents / guests visit?
Yes. Day guests are welcome in the common areas between 9am and 9pm. Overnight guests in the guest suite for a small fee (₹800/night). Parents stay complimentary on first visits.
Is it only for men?
Yes, Addo Luxuria is currently a men-only residence. A women's wing is planned for late 2026.
What's the check-in process?
Book a viewing. If you like the place, sign the residency agreement, pay first month, and move in on any day. We handle the paperwork same-day.
